Kelly Lewis, SPHR, CCP is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Compensation Professional with 20 years of experience working across industries in private, public, and non-profit sectors. She is currently owner of Allied HR Consulting since November of 2005. The mission of Allied HR Consulting is to serve human resource departments and business owners in all areas of human resources where companies neither have the designated staff or expertise to address current and future HR issues. Kelly also served as communications director for the Northwest Human Resource Management Association and vice president of communications and public relations for the Mt. Baker Chapter of SHRM. Kelly graduated with a masters degree in human resource management from Seattle Pacific University and a bachelors degree in communications from Western Washington University.
